If we would look into his parent's background, and if we see medical by way of psychiatry or military...may be an indication...or perhaps with some other type of political thing...may give some insights, as we have learned many of those who were famous of that time period had parents in the military or some govt thing.

I had did a bit of googling and something said Mick's father was in "education". Now, their manager at the time, Andrew Loog Oldham's father was in the military for the US.
It could be something to the effect of Oldham being more of a "handler" than "manager" type. They may have sought out unknown musicians as candidates for the "fame" process. I don't know if the Stones had been in Germany as the Beatles had been, but that doesn't mean that there was no programming in England, London....
They may have been looking for "types" and the blues background made for the "bad boy" image....that they used the Stones' at the time as the anti type of the Beatles' and their early "image" of being clean cut and in suits.
They may have wanted the Good guys to attract that audience and the "bad boys" to attract a different crowd that could not be caught up in the Beatles' style.
All about making a "type".
