I agree Faulcon. The nose on Fly also seems "heavier" (can't find a better expression for it) and more undefined obviosuly.

"Fly" has a larger head as well as a larger face.
The ears are clearly different and the real Sly's eyes drooped...similar to Paul Mc Cartney's eyes. This isn't something that changes when you get older.
Usually the replacements have the long thin face, but the real Sly has the thin face.
I knew something wasn't right about him...just wasn't able to pinpoint the differences until seeing side by side pics....

Maybe "Fly" needed some male hormones as well....in fact he looks like he overdosed on steroids. With the abnormally large head...seems like a victim of growth hormones...and he mutated.
