This may come as a shocker to people, but Suzanne Somers was replaced after the second season of Three's Company. There are some very noticeable differences in the physical characteristics of the two women. For one, Suzanne had a different shaped head with a more prominent forehead whereas her replacement had a shorter forehead...which they tried to cover up with bangs. Suzanne also had a narrower face than her replacement. Suzanne    Fuzanne    Also, look at the noses....both are about the same size yet one looks natural and the other one looks cosmetically created. |

In addition, one thing I noticed was in the early episodes Somers appeared about 3 inches taller than the brown-haired Joyce Dewitt.  Yet in season 3 and 4, Somers is only about an inch taller than Dewitt.  |

Nothing shocks me anymore. At this point, I'm thinking who hasn't been replaced. Seriously.
I barely recognize the 1st woman. I know "Suzanne Somers" as being the 2nd one. I never thought Fuzanne was very pretty. Suzanne is better-looking, imo.
Notice how it says on TV Guide that "they" were trying to ruin her career.

If you can find an even earlier picture, she was the girl in the T Bird in the movie American Graffitti.
She was the dream girl of Richard Dreyfeus's character.
It's been so long since I've seen pics of Suzanne...no wonder she seems so different.
Nothing surprises me.
They were either replaced or stepforded.
Or the system forced "morphing" with cosmetic surgeries to look like freaks...look at Michael/Fichael Jacksons

Good for opening a thread on her... Once again I must say that there are 2 diff persons... Not the real SUZANNE anymore. This FUZANNE looks like an older HEATHER LOCKLEAR mixed with OLIVIA NEWTON JOHN...   Interesting this wiki info on her: "Somers later became the author of a series of best-selling self-help books, including Ageless: The Naked Truth About Bioidentical Hormones (2006), a book about bioidentical hormone replacement therapy." Of course if FUZANNE wrote it and not the original... Add to this that SUZANNE was abused by her own father and had to run away from home. |

There's a real a difference in the voice too. Suzanne from "The Dating Game" in the early or mid 70's. Listen to her voice at 2:43: Now compare it to Fuzanne in a 1979 Lifesavers commercial: It seems Suzanne's voice is much softer among some other subtle differences.
It's interesting because on imdb.com, they don't list Suzanne's appearance on The Dating Game. I suspect the reason why is that it conflicts with the false story of the real Suzanne being involved with Alan Hamel during that time period so they left it out. It was her replacement that ended up marrying Hamel in late 1977, when the real Somers was still on the show which leads me to believe that this was either planned ahead of time or that the dates of the wedding were fudged after the fact for the earlier date.www.imdb.com/name/nm0001755/ |

Seriously, tho, I think Fuzanne has a harder edge than Suzanne just in general. Fuzanne's nose seems very sharp somehow...

2008: Looks like a new Fuzanne! (2.0 model): This could be a second double or it could be the case as with Fruise: When he got older his voice started to change to what it originally was and he sounded less and less like the real Cruise. This is definitely possible with Fuzanne. |
