"Entourage Actress Fears "Murder or Violence" From Her Dad
If only she could call in a favor from Vinnie Chase and the boys.
Alexis Dziena, who starred in ABC's Invasion but is best known for playing E's (Kevin Connolly) obsessive ex-gal-pal on HBO's Entourage, has lost her bid for a restraining order against her parents after the actress accused them earlier this month of wanting to commit "murder or violence" in order to gain control of her finances.
Here's the scoop.
MORE: Entourage—Meet E's New Bohemian Gal-Pal
Dziena's asked a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to grant the order, claiming her mother and father became physical with her and threatened her when she tried to cut them off of access to the money she's earned in her budding Hollywood career.
"I fear that [my dad] will do anything to get my money in his hands," the thesp says in court documents obtained by E! News. "I believe murder or violence or manipulation are all possible outcomes."
Alexis states that her dad has made her fear for her safety "in his attempt to have me committed in order to gain control of my finances."
In her petition she alleged that she "attempted to take back financial papers" and then "he grabbed me by the arm and tried to grab my personal financial information," causing bruises.
She also claims her dad blew much of the cash she had given him on booze and porn.
"After I found out that he purchased three pay-per-view movies on my Time Warner cable bill, I confronted him. He reacted extremely aggressively, then verbally and emotionally abused me, saying that I was 'a stupid, ungrateful bitch, that I was a 'f--king liar' and that I 'deserved what was coming to me,' " she says.
But the judge didn't buy her allegations and this week turned down her request, citing insufficient evidence.
There's still hope, however. Alexis Dziena is expected to go before the court on Oct. 3 to make her case in person."

"So You Think You Can Dance Choreographer Alex Da Silva: Guilty of Rape, Assault
Forget sequins. Alex Da Silva's next performance coud be in pinstripes.
The former So You Think You Can Dance instructor was convicted today of raping one woman and asaulting another, stemming from a slew of shocking charges against the salsa expert. However, a Los Angeles jury deadlocked on four other counts.
Da Silva, 43, had pleaded not guilty last June to charges he sexually assaulted four different women during private lessons over a six-year period between 2003 and 2009. That time frame coincided with his 2005-08 stint on SYTYCD from 2005 to 2008, when the Latin dance choreographer helped contestants find their groove.
Da Silva, who hails from Brazil, was arrested in August 2009 following a police investigation into criminal complaints that he lured his victims—four females between the ages of 20 and 26—to his North Hollywood home for one-on-one sessions and then raped them.
The mambo man has remained behind bars these past two years, unable to make the $2 million in bail.
He could have faced life in prison if convicted on all the charges. He's due back in court on Nov. 8 to learn how much time he will serve."

Weird gruesome coincidence...
"Daughter of late Senator Ted Kennedy dies at age 51
BOSTON (Reuters) - Kara Kennedy Allen, the only daughter of the late Senator Edward Kennedy, has died at age 51, a Kennedy family friend said on Saturday.
Kennedy died on Friday evening at a sports club in Washington, D.C., according to an employee at the club who said the club would likely put out a statement next week.
The cause of death was not immediately known. Kennedy was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2002 but media reports said she had been in remission. They quoted her brother, Patrick, as saying her heart had given out.
Sean Richardson, a Kennedy family friend, said a statement would be issued shortly.
Kennedy was the oldest child of the late Democratic Senator and the mother of two teenage children, a son and a daughter.
A relatively low-profile member of the Kennedy clan, Kara Kennedy sat on the National Advisory Board of the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and on the board of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate.
Writing in the Boston Globe earlier this year, Kennedy talked about the importance of public service to the family.
"My father taught me and my siblings that we had a special obligation to help people because we were fortunate in so many ways," Kennedy wrote.
She also recalled summer road trips when Edward Kennedy "would load my brothers, cousins and me into a Winnebago and take us on historical roadtrips."
Kennedy accepted the Presidential Medal of Freedom on behalf of her father shortly before his death from brain cancer in 2009.
Kara Kennedy married Michael Allen in 1990. The two later divorced.
She graduated from Tufts University in Massachusetts.
She is survived by her two children, her mother Joan Kennedy, and her brothers, Edward Kennedy Jr. and Patrick Kennedy."
"Eleanor Mondale dies of brain cancer at age 51
MINNEAPOLIS (Reuters) - Eleanor Mondale Poling, 51, daughter of former Vice President Walter Mondale, died at her Minnesota home early on Saturday after a six-year battle with brain cancer.
Mondale died in her sleep with her husband and dogs at her side, according to a statement posted on her journal page at the website CaringBridge.org.
"Early Saturday morning, September 17th, 2011, our dearest sweet Eleanor passed away from this world," the journal entry said. "Eleanor Mondale Poling lived bravely, without regret or fear, with such amazing strength and grace, for 6 years after being diagnosed with brain cancer in 2005."
Mondale was the daughter of Joan and Walter Mondale, the 42nd vice president of the United States under President Jimmy Carter.
She also was the ex-wife of Chicago Bears football player Keith Van Horne.
Married two more times, Mondale in 2005 wed Minneapolis musician Chan Poling.
A graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, Mondale's career included minor acting roles on television shows and stints as a TV news reporter and radio co-host.
"From the shy teenager I first met, Eleanor transformed -- and transcended! -- into a very beautiful, poised, multi-talented, and accomplished woman," said Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton in a statement mourning her death. "She loved her family, friends, and animals, as she loved life."

Artemis, that indeed is a strange coincidence....the very thought struck me when I was channel surfing and found that item.
Makes me wonder about injecting cancers into people, or descendants of people who have been controversial, or political, or both...
I was considering their numerology, but I didn't know their entire date of death, if there was some significance to it...

"Judge allows evidence of sexual abuse by Johnson heir
MILWAUKEE (Reuters) - A Racine County circuit judge said on Friday he would allow the state to present evidence that Samuel Curtis Johnson III had admitted to a therapist that he sexually molested his stepdaughter.
Johnson, 55, is the billionaire heir of the SC Johnson & Son fortune. He was charged with repeated sexual assault of his stepdaughter in March, and subsequently entered a plea of not guilty.
Through his lawyers, Johnson had sought to suppress a statement made to an Arizona therapist, and he also asserted that Wisconsin's doctor-patient privilege protected such statements.
On Friday, circuit judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz ruled that under both Arizona and Wisconsin law the admission to a therapist is not considered confidential information, said Racine County District Attorney Michael Nieskes.
Johnson, 55, of Racine, Wisconsin, is free on $500,000 bond. If convicted, Johnson could serve up to 40 years in prison.
The charge involves 10 to 15 separate incidents from June 2007 until November 2010. The child is now 15.
Samuel Curtis Johnson had been chairman of Diversey, Inc., a Wisconsin cleaning product company also controlled by the Johnson family, but resigned from the board and took a leave of absence as chair February 21 for "personal reasons," according to a statement from Diversey.
Also on Friday, the judge granted a request from the defense to see the medical records of the victim, but those records will be reviewed by the judge first to determine what will be made available Johnson's attorneys, Nieskes said. A status hearing on the case was scheduled for October 21."

"Mariel Hemingway - My Ex-Manager Has Been Sexually Harassing Me
Mariel Hemingway's lawyer made a beeline for court today, asking a judge to restrain her former business manager from using vulgar and offensive language, and making inappropriate sexual comments.
Hemingway claims Mike Wittlin also sent her sexually-charged texts and was "often time overly aggressive and hostile in his manner.
Hemingway says she's deeply afraid for her safety and is afraid Wittlin will show up and hurt her.
Judge Carol Boas Goodson rejected the petition for the restraining order, on grounds the level of threats and harassment was not sufficient, and that Hemingway could handle everything by simply filing a civil lawsuit.
TMZ reached out to Wittlin -- so far, no word back."

VESTA WILLIAMS looked replaced, so the imposter may have died? Anyway...
"Vesta Williams Prescription Pills Found at Death Scene
Multiple bottles of prescription pills were found in the El Segundo, CA hotel room where R&B singer Vesta Williams died ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told "several bottles" were discovered -- some empty.
Law enforcement sources tell us officials first received a call related to Vesta's death around 6PM Thursday night.
Sources tell us the death is being treated as either an accident or suicide, but not a homicide.
The coroner won't know if drugs played a part in her death until the toxicology reports are in -- and that could take 6 weeks."

So if Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Kirstie Alley are obviously replacements, who exactly are the entities/people making all these big money contributions to Scientology, I wonder? And what's behind all that? Any ideas?

Funny question. Their replacements/clones keep it going on (contributing with money to these loonies).

Well, those "brands" Cruise, Travolta, Alley, among others, are still making tons of money and pouring it into that entity. They could have drones and clones working for them, and that's probably what's bringing in the big bucks for that thing.

"Incarcerated TV Pitchman Don Lapre Found Dead He was indicted on 41 counts
FLORENCE, Ariz. - Embattled TV pitchman Don Lapre was found dead of an apparent suicide in his cell Sunday morning.
The manner of his death has not been confirmed, but we've learned from U.S. Marshals that his body was indeed found at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at a holding facility in Florence.
Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Matt Hershey says at first glance, his death appears to be a suicide -- but the investigation is ongoing.
His trial was due to begin Tuesday.
Lapre was being held in federal jail without bond, awaiting trial on charges of defrauding at least 220,000 people out of nearly $52 million.
Prosecutors accused him of selling worthless vitamins that could not live up to advertising claims.
Lapre was arrested June 23 in Tempe by the U.S. Marshals Service after failing to appear a day earlier for his arraignment. He had been camping out inside a Lifetime Fitness locker room.
A grand jury indicted the 47-year-old on 41 counts of conspiracy, mail fraud, wire fraud and promotional money laundering in connection to his company "The Greatest Vitamin in the World."
More information on this case will be revealed Monday evening."

A curious thing about the abovementioned "suicide" of this infomercial man. First of all, "apparent suicide" tells me that it's suspicous in and of itself.
But these "pitch men" that you see on infomercials like Kevin Trudeau, and there are two faces that come to mind but I don't know their names, both sleazy looking guys with slicked back hair, one tries to get people to financial type of crap....and the other was trying to sell some sort of "bowel cleansing system"....of all things. It's a strange breed of characters that is a type of celebrity, but of a lower degree than "actors".
IMHO these are a modern day version of "snake oil salesmen" and if you have ever seen old western "types" of those sleazy types that rode into town on a wagon selling some sort of "snake oil " concoction that was supposed to bring good health... They are low level sleazebags trying to manipulate people by purchasing videos or books, or subscription to a newsletter as if their "information" is really going to change their lives. Get rich quick, total health in one little pill, the weight loss breakthrough of the century.....or whatever other gimmick that appeals to a certain demographic of society....that appeals to their desires and goals and get rich themselves but the "product" being hawked does little to nothing for the customer...but rips them off.
We live in a strange culture that many get caught up in this crap of buying these wares, as well as those who try to make a name and living off selling those wares....
Strange indeed.

"Actor Billy Bob Thornton's daughter gets prison time for death
ORLANDO, Fla (Reuters) - The estranged daughter of Oscar-winning actor Billy Bob Thornton was sentenced in Florida on Thursday to 20 years in prison for killing a child in her care.
Amanda Brumfield, 32, was convicted in Orlando in May of aggravated manslaughter of a child in the death of Olivia Madison Garcia, the 1-year-old daughter of one of Brumfield's close friends.
The child's mother, Heather Murphy, said after the sentencing that she was surprised at how long a prison term Brumfield received, but that it meant little to her.
"None of it satisfies me. It doesn't matter ... I won't ever see Olivia again," Murphy told reporters.
Brumfield contended at trial that Olivia fell out of her playpen and hit her head in October 2008, but prosecutors argued the child's skull fracture and brain bleeding were no accident.
The jury acquitted Brumfield of first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges.
Brumfield's relationship with her father became a topic of media interest after her arrest in 2009. Thornton won an Academy Award for best adapted screenplay for the independent film Sling Blade, for which he also was nominated for a best actor award.
Thornton has wed five times, including a failed marriage to actress Angelina Jolie, and has four children by three women. Amanda was the product of his first marriage in 1978 to a woman from his home state of Arkansas, according to a 1997 profile of Thornton in People magazine.
In 2005, Thornton, speaking of Amanda, told the U.K.'s Mail on Sunday, "She didn't grow up with me, and so we were pretty much strangers for years. Then a few years later, we reconnected, and it's really good now."
But after Brumfield's arrest, Thornton's publicist, Arnold Robinson, told CNN that the actor was estranged from his daughter "and has had no contact with her for quite some time."
