"Cops called to Southern California home of Michael Jackson's mother for mysterious 'family disturbance' The late King of Pop’s teen daughter Paris took to Twitter hours after the alleged confrontation to express more worry and frustration related to her 82-year-old grandmother, Katherine Jackson.
Michael Jackson’s mother is no longer considered missing, but cops were called to her Southern California home Monday for a mysterious “family disturbance” and battery claim, an official told the Daily News.
The late King of Pop’s teen daughter took to Twitter hours after the alleged confrontation to express more worry and frustration related to her 82-year-old grandmother, Katherine Jackson.
“8 days and counting. Something is really off, this isn’t like her at all. I wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!” Paris Jackson, 14, tweeted Monday afternoon.
Katherine Jackson was in Arizona, according to one of her sons, and TMZ.com reported, citing unnamed sources, that she was staying at a spa in Tucson.
Back in California, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies paid a visit to the house that Katherine Jackson shares with Paris and her two brothers shortly after 1 p.m. Monday, a department spokesman said.
“It was a family disturbance call. A scuffle did occur, and a report of a battery was taken,” spokesman Steve Whitmore told The News. “There were no arrests made, and it’s an ongoing investigation.”
He declined to identify the parties involved in the dust-up, but said it did not change his department’s decision to close an earlier investigation involving the Jackson family matriarch.
“The Katherine Jackson case has been closed. We determined that she’s safe and with a family member,” he said.
That case began when a concerned family member filed a missing-persons report Saturday night amid a dispute over the estate of Katherine’s superstar son.
Whitmore declined to say if Monday’s alleged battery was related to Katherine’s whereabouts.
According to Celebuzz.com, three of Michael Jackson’s siblings arrived at the Los Angeles-area home shortly before police were called and appeared to have a TV crew in tow.
Janet, Jermaine and Randy reportedly wanted to leave with Michael Jackson’s children — Prince Michael, 15, Paris, and Prince Michael, 10 — but Katherine’s security squad objected, Celebuzz reported.
Attempts to reach Katherine’s lawyer, Sandra Ribera, were not immediately successful.
The new front in the family fight comes after siblings Janet, Randy, Jermaine, Tito and Rebbie Jackson penned a letter claiming the late singer’s will is “fake, flawed and fraudulent.”
The letter accused Michael Jackson's estate executors of forging Michael's signature on the will and demanded that they resign immediately as managers of their brother's estate.
The siblings accused the lawyers of stressing out Katherine Jackson to the point that her health was beginning to fail.
The lawyers have called the claims "false and defamatory."
Ribera told CNN that Katherine flew to Albuquerque, N.M. on July 15 with her oldest daughter Rebbie to attend a Jackson brothers concert.
Ribera said that each time Paris tried to reach Katherine by phone while she traveled, she was told that she could not speak to her.
“I’m concerned that [Katherine’s]not safe,” Ribera claimed.
Paris took to Twitter on Sunday morning to ask for help in finding her grandmother.
“Yes, my grandmother is missing. I haven't spoken with her in a week; i want her home now,” the distressed granddaughter wrote.
Jermaine Jackson used Twitter to deny that his mom was missing and to assure fans that she is simply “resting up” in Arizona on the order of a doctor.
“This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor’s advice. Period,” he wrote.
Katherine Jackson has been taking care of Michael Jackson's three children since his death in June 2009.
It is unclear who's acting as guardian in Katherine's absence."
Probably KATHERINE has died and they're trying to hide this? Why not, its in their blood....

I think there's something fishy here. If Katherine is supposed to be guardian to the 3 offspring of Fichael....why is she not with them? Who then is "guarding" the offspring of Fichael? They are too young to be on their own, yet too old for a "nanny"...what is going on?
THey are probably guarded by "handlers" while they are working on a newer model of "Katherine"....

"Katherine Jackson Home Site of 'Scuffle' Between Family Members"gma.yahoo.com/katherine-jackson-home-scuffle-between-family-members-074234960--abc-news-celebrities.html"Sources who were there say two SUVs with Randy, Jermaine and Janet inside, followed a car driving Michael Jackson’s 3 kids inside the gates. We’re told Randy, Jermaine and Janet did not have authority to enter.
Once on the grounds, we’re told MJ’s 3 siblings tried to strong-arm Paris, Prince and Blanket. Their mission was to get them in an SUV and take them to Arizona, where Katherine has been staying.
Our sources say at one point Janet tried to grab a resistant Paris’ cell phone, a scuffle ensued and Janet slapped the teenager, screaming, “You’re a spoiled little bitch!” We’re told Paris fired back with her own slap and told Janet, “This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f**k out!”
At the same time, we’re told Trent Jackson, who was at the house, tried to stop an aggressive Randy and Jermaine. We’re told Trent put Randy in a headlock and punched Jermaine in the mouth." Not hard to see the big picture....

The sh*t goes on....
"TJ Jackson Named Guardian of the Jackson Children After Katherine Reportedly "Drugged"
As the continuing Jackson estate war rages, Michael Jackson's children may soon get some stability. An emergency hearing was held today to determine temporary guardianship of the King of Pop's three children, Prince (15), Paris (14), and Blanket (10) and TJ Jackson, son of Tito, and nephew of the children's father was named temporary guardian (July 25).
L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff granted TJ's petition and stated at the hearing, " This is not a power play by TJ Jackson. This is based on the allegation that Katherine Jackson is being prevented from acting as guardian."
The 34-year-old's lawyer, Charles A. Schultz explained the sudden move stating, "There's immediate harm to the minor children, there was a potential abduction at the house, in addition to a phone call from Katherine last night that gave us real concern. We are looking at this as a Band-Aid until Miss Jackson returns or re-establishes contact with the kids."
The Judge also ruled that Debbie Rowe, biological mother of "at least some of the kids" and singer Diana Ross, who was named successor guardian in Micheal's will, also be notified.
With the guardianship power, TJ also has the authority to hire and fire any staff members at the residence.
On Monday (July 23) the new guardian tweeted, "@parisjackson I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you."
Today, the vocal 14-year-old daughter tweeted her frustration : "everyones taking control of me , it seems that the worlds got a role for me .. im so confused will u show to me you'll be there for me," borrowing words from her father's song "Will You Be There."
In related news, it appears that Katherine Jackson is reportedly being drugged by family members. According to a report by TMZ, during odd-sounding calls, the 84-year-old demanded that her security team be fired and replaced with Janet Jackson’s bodyguards. She allegedly also said she wanted Trent Jackson booted from the premises.
“The prevailing view is that Randy and company have drugged their mom,” says TMZ. Katherine is expected back at her California home later today."
"Katherine Jackson: "I Am Good and Fine"
After days of speculation on the whereabouts of Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, the matriarch of the Hollywood family finally spoke out.
On Wednesday evening (July 25), the 82 year-old called into ABC News to give her side of the story that has been making headlines. During a phone interview, Katherine spoke the words everyone was waiting to hear, saying, "I am here today to let everybody know that I am good and fine."
According to Katherine's son Randy, her absence was only intended so she could "be somewhere she could be cut off from the outside world," and also adds that she is in "much better health" now. Mrs. Jackson also confirmed the same reasoning for why she says she was holed up at a family compound in Arizona.
So why did the grandmother and guardian of Michael's three children fail to have contact with Paris, Blanket and Prince? "One reason I didn’t call is I just gave up my phone and I didn’t want to have any phone calls while I was here.” According to reports, not only was Katherine without her phone, but she was also cut off from television and computer access.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, while the head of the family was nowhere to be found, Michael's nephew TJ Jackson was named the temporary guardian of the King of Pop's three children. L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff granted TJ's petition and stated at the hearing, " This is not a power play by TJ Jackson. This is based on the allegation that Katherine Jackson is being prevented from acting as guardian."
Now, TJ's attorney, Charles A. Schultz is explaining that the recent judgement is not meant to be permanent, saying, "We are looking at this as a Band-Aid until Miss Jackson returns or re-establishes contact with the kids," however recent reports conflict that statement saying that the judge urged TJ to file for permanent guardianship.
As for now, Judge Beckloff has also ordered that Prince, Paris and Blanket should not be removed from California unless there is a court order allowing them to do so."

"Jesse Jackson Jr. in Mayo Clinic for depression
ROCHESTER, Minn. (AP) — Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr., whose whereabouts haven't been disclosed since he quietly took a medical leave from Congress several weeks ago, is being treated for depression at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, according to a statement released by the hospital.
Jackson is undergoing an extensive inpatient evaluation for depression and for gastrointestinal issues, the hospital said, providing the first details about his medical condition. But the statement released late Friday didn't disclose where the longtime Chicago congressman, the son of civil rights leader Jesse Jackson, had previously been staying.
"Further information will be released as Congressman Jackson's evaluation proceeds," the statement said, adding that he and his family were "grateful for the outpouring of support and prayers that have been received throughout his care."
Phone messages left by The Associated Press for his spokesman weren't returned Friday. In 2004, Jackson underwent a procedure to help him lose weight that involves removing part of the stomach and rearranging the intestine.
The Democrat went on leave June 10, though his office didn't disclose it until weeks later and has been mum on details ever since. Initially, his office said Jackson was being treated for exhaustion. But his staff later said Jackson's condition was more serious and required inpatient medical treatment. They also said Jackson has been grappling with emotional issues.
Under mounting pressure from his colleagues and constituents, his office released a statement last month from his unnamed doctor saying Jackson was receiving intensive medical treatment at a residential treatment facility for "a mood disorder."
The timing of his medical leave has raised questions, in part because Jackson is facing an ethics investigation in the U.S. House connected to imprisoned former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.
The House Ethics Committee is investigating allegations that Jackson was involved in discussions about raising money for Blagojevich's campaign in exchange for the then-governor appointing him to President Barack Obama's vacated U.S. Senate seat. Blagojevich is serving a 14-year prison sentence for corruption.
Jackson was not charged and has repeatedly denied wrongdoing.
Jackson faces a Republican and independent candidate in November, though he's widely expected to win re-election. He first won office in a 1995 special election and has easily won each race since. His district includes parts of Chicago and some suburbs."

New York Port Authority police tell E! News that Pantaleon was picked up on Thursday evening after she reportedly tried to buy a plane icket, and that was what alerted authorities of her location.

Regarding the "Jackson" entity, it's a very strange series of "stories" released for people to chew on, perhaps as a distraction from the mass murder madness of Aurora, Co, or other serious matters.
Like with any other famous family, whether it be politics or music or "acting", it seems like every once in a great while something has to stir up among those participants as if to perpetuate any interest in something or a distraction from more serious matters. This family is a trainwreck of leeches sucking off the money and image of the star of the family, and let's face it, cash cow, Michael/Fichael Jackson.
I think the parasitic siblings are quite nauseating, to say the least, wanting to declare Michael's will as unfit, or unacceptable because they are NOT in it. And to display the elderly Katherine as the what not guardian of the children...I think it's more like just a PR thing to make it appear as if those children have someone who actually cares about them that are blood relatives.
I think the parasitic siblings need to get a life of their own, and make their own money, rather than sucking off the image of Michael. Really, two of the brothers wanting some of Michael's estate to pay child support to a woman who both of the brothers had and sired offspring..pay for their own...
I'm glad Paris has a brain of her own, and the parasitic relatives are trying to brainwash her. That's my take on it.

I'm glad Paris has a brain of her own, and the parasitic relatives are trying to brainwash her. That's my take on it. Same here, but all these JACKSON kids are nothing but slaves and they will remain so unfortunately. Expect more conflicts and brainwashing in store for them.... I hate some FICHAELS for doing this, having 3 children kids who actually had nothing to do with him.... Now they have to pay the price for that....

Not hard to imagine what will she be sent there for, is it?
"Ali Lohan, 18, is going to live in South Korea for a while to be a “model”
Her modeling agency just sent her 6,000 miles away to go find work in ... KOREA!
According to our sources ... 18-year-old Ali Lohan will spend the next 30 days or so living in Korea (South, not North) with a group of 3-4 other Americans in a "model house" as they all try to book gigs in the Asian market.
Sources close to Lohan tell TMZ ... Ali had no issues with peacing out of the U.S. for a few weeks -- she'll now be an entire ocean away from Dina -- and told friends she'll keep in touch via Skype."

ROMAN POLANSKI in the making?
"Dennis Hopper's Son Accused of Raping 15-Year-Old Girl
Dennis Hopper's 21-year-old son has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl ... after plying her with drugs and alcohol ... this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
Henry Hopper -- who starred in Gus Van Zant's "Restless" in 2011 -- is being sued by the mother of an unidentified 16-year-old girl ... who claims the girl met Hopper through a mutual friend in Feb. 2011.
According to the legal papers, the girl -- identified in the lawsuit as Jan Doe -- claims the two began to communicate on Facebook ... and in the months that followed, Hopper invited her to his home in Venice, CA on multiple occasions with the promise of drugs and alcohol.
In the suit, Doe claims Hopper would wait until she was intoxicated ... and "engaged in sexually offensive conduct with her" ... including sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy.
It's unclear if Doe ever reported the allegations to police.
In the suit, Doe's lawyer claims the actor "preyed upon a young impressionable child, suggesting that he cared for her, luring her into his home with promises of alcohol and illegal drugs, and then repeatedly taking advantage of her youth an vulnerability."
Doe's mother claims the girl suffered significant injuries to her emotional health, strength and activity ... and was required to employ multiple mental health care professionals for treatment.
She's suing for unspecified damages.
Attempts to reach Hopper were unsuccessful."
