"Rick Ross Cops Investigating Murder at Rapper's Florida Pad
Cops are looking to speak with rapper Rick Ross ... after a 40-year-old man was shot to death in front of his Miami Gardens home this morning ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... Ross was NOT home at the time of the shooting and at this point in the investigation, he's not considered a suspect.
We're told cops found the victim laying inside a gate at the home.
Sources tell us ... investigators don't know if the victim has any connection to Ross, but since he is listed as the owner of the property, cops want to ask him a few questions about the situation.
So far, no comment from Rick's camp."
"Rick Ross' Miami mansion is the scene of a murder investigation today after a man was found shot several times in front of the MMG general's home.
39 year old Gregory Paul Nesbitt was found shot to death inside the gate of Ross' Miami Gardens mansion. Ross was allegedly not home at the time of Nesbitt's murder, but police are still looking to question the rapper whose lyrics are saturated with sex, money, and sometimes, murder. "

"Ronnie Montrose Dead: Rock Guitar Legend Passes Away At 64
SAN FRANCISCO -- Rock guitarist Ronnie Montrose, who formed the band that bore his name and performed with some of rock's heavy hitters, has died.
His booking agent, Jim Douglas, says Montrose died Saturday at his home in Millbrae, Calif. He was 64.
Douglas says Montrose had been in declining health for some time, battling prostate cancer and what Douglas termed "personal demons."
In addition to forming his own band in 1973, Montrose performed with a number of rockers, including Sammy Hagar, Herbie Hancock, Van Morrison, Boz Scaggs and the Edgar Winter Group. Douglas says Montrose was working on releasing a DVD and starting a tour that would have taken him across the U.S.
Montrose is survived by his wife, Leighsa, as well as a son, a daughter and five grandchildren."

Funny thing about Ronnie, I've heard about him, but I've never seen what he looked like.
Don't know what that says about him, or myself....but there are so many people dropping like flies in the past few months....it's almost as if it seems like someone is eliminating lives of famous people for some cosmic reason.
Not trying to bring any religion into this but just the fact that so many celebs and those connected to the famous have passed away...

The first album with Ronnie Montrose and Sammy Hager, called"Montrose" was one of the best hard rock albums ever made and maybe the best thing Hager ever did. There is plenty of stuff on Youtube of Montrose with Ronnie.I have noticed so many people have died at the end or just the beginning of a decade.Hendrix,Joplin died at the end of the sixties.Bonham,Bon Scott and Keith Moon died at the begining of the eighties and so on.

Not that this could be related....but all of the discussions and debates over the Mayan Calendar and the end of a cycle that people are thinking is the end of the world....
Perhaps these people are sacrifices preparing for the dawning of another "age".....
I don't know....but it's just a strange series of deaths...and at peculiar dates...as well as the ages of their ends....like Davy Jones 66...an occult number...etc.
Makes you wonder....
Only thing is, the "talent" that is being "birthed" and is promoted is not of legendary status...and if Justin Bieber is the poster child of our future....we're in trouble...that's NOT talent....that's not even an 18 year old guy.....not even a guy....and this is our mess....

"Twin sisters, 73, found dead together in CA home
When they were young, Patricia and Joan Miller sang and danced for Bing Crosby, troops and their friends.
But as the identical twins grew older, they became less interested in socializing. When people called, the sisters came up with excuses to get off the phone. Without explanation, they stopped sending birthday cards to a childhood friend. And on the rare occasion when they left their home, the two women didn't chat up the neighbors.
Never married and without children or pets, the Miller sisters withdrew into their four-bedroom home in California's South Lake Tahoe, where they were found dead last week at the age of 73. One was in a downstairs bedroom and the other was in the hallway just outside.
It was as if the two sisters, long each other's only companion, could not live without each other, said Detective Matt Harwood with the El Dorado County sheriff's office.
"My perception is one died and the other couldn't handle it," said Harwood, who has been unable to identify any close friends or family members to inform of the sisters' deaths. "It appears purely natural, but we are still trying to piece it all together."
Police don't usually release the names of the dead without first informing their relatives, but the sisters' shrouded lives made that impossible, Harwood said.
"The circumstance surrounding their death is somewhat of an enigma," he said. "These two only ever had each other, and we would like, at least for their sake, to notify their family."
The deaths have confused some residents in the resort town of South Lake Tahoe, where homeowners tend to be close-knit and the sisters' reclusiveness had long inspired questions and concern. Police and neighbors alike are struggling to understand why or how two beautiful women with show business experience shut themselves up in the same home for nearly 40 years and then seemingly died within hours of each other.
In the past year, there were hints that something was amiss at the Miller home. A neighbor spotted an ambulance at the house a year ago and assumed they had fallen ill. Someone asked police to check regularly on the house. When someone arrived Feb. 25 for a routine check, no one answered the door. The next day, police forced their way in and found the bodies.
There was no blood, no signs of struggle. Nothing indicated that the women had persistent health troubles. Their longtime home was not disheveled or unkempt, potential signs of mental or physical illness. Autopsy reports were pending.
Harwood said he called a nearby senior center to see if the sisters were visitors, but no one there had heard of them. He checked with Meals on Wheels volunteers, but it didn't seem that the sisters had received their services. The only relative he found in his preliminary searches was the sisters' deceased mother.
As news of the deaths spread, former South Lake Tahoe residents called police to report that they had lived near the sisters for decades in some cases, and had hardly seen them. One sent in a postcard that claimed the sisters were the only remaining members of their family after their mother's death and their brother died at war.
Calls Tuesday to several longtime residents and social groups in the area turned up little, as many community leaders said they had never heard of the sisters.
Joan Miller was a senior accounting clerk in the payroll department at the Lake Tahoe Unified School District from 1979 to 1984. Patricia Miller, who drove a white convertible with red upholstery, worked in the El Dorado County's social services office during that same time.
"I never heard of anyone else being in either of their lives," said Betty Mitchell, 89, who supervised Patricia Miller in the social services office and saw the twins around town. "They were inseparable and really identical."
The sisters were friendly and often told stories of their singing adventures. They told Mitchell they had performed at Yosemite National Park and when their mother came to visit from Oregon, they all dined at Mitchell's home.
But the sisters were also guarded. When Mitchell urged them to join a community choir, they declined. They never discussed their social lives.
"They kept things to themselves," Mitchell said. "I don't even know if they had siblings."
The sisters grew up in Portland, Ore., before moving to the San Francisco area, where Joan Miller attended college, Harwood learned. The women briefly appeared on a 1950s television show called the "The Hoffman Hayride" and posed for a picture with Crosby as children. The twins also entertained troops at military bases, a childhood friend told Harwood.
The sisters never seemed interested in dating or expanding their social spheres. They listed each other as their next of kin, Harwood said.
"All they had was each other and that's actually the way they wanted it," he said.
Joyce Peterson of the International Twins Association, a social group based in Oklahoma, said she once heard of 100-year-old twins who died within days of each other.
"As a twin, you've got this bond, you're close — almost like a married couple," said Peterson, of Minnesota, who serves as co-vice president of the group with her identical sister. "It's a bond no one else can understand."
The Miller twins appeared in poor health recently and possibly had been treated a year ago for dehydration or malnutrition, Harwood said.
Their childhood friend told Harwood that the sisters stopped sending annual birthday cards last year, and when the friend called to inquire about the missing card, the sisters seem disinterested in continuing the relationship.
Neighbors would call and the sisters would say, "Let me call you right back," and then wouldn't.
"They weren't taking care of themselves as they should or could have," Harwood said."

Who knows if these "twins" were part of some sort of sick mind control programming. They may have been severely abused by powers that be and perhaps dissociated with people completely, only with each other.
Or maybe they just didn't want anything to do with the outside world, and just isolated "hermits". Out of touch and didn't care that they weren't dancing to the beat of the drum of the rest of the world.
It's been claimed that twins can experience each other's pain. If there's truth to this, if one did die of natural causes, it would not be a stretch that the other one died as well.
It's a curious thing.
People who have been abused isolate themselves from others..perhaps this was their way to escape the pain, is not be part of the world.

"'She has a fresh face, she looks prepubescent': New film exposes ugly world of model scouts hunting for underage talent in Siberia
A new film exposes the ugly underbelly of modelling.
Girl Model peels back the superficially beautiful world to reveal a complex - and often shocking - supply chain of fresh, young talent running from Siberia to Japan and east to the U.S. The movie, launched at Austin's SXSW festival this weekend, sees a model scout on the road, searching for new blood in some unlikely - and economically deprived - regions. In Russia's bleak north east, Ashley Arbaugh, a former model, scours for potential talent in poor villages and towns dotting the wilderness. She hopes to find a face that is ripe for filtering into the international model circuit. 'You can't be young enough' she says of the lax age limits in the industry - something exploited just weeks ago by Marc Jacobs at New York Fashion Week shows, where 14-year-olds walked the runways. 'I look at beauty and I think of young girls - beautiful,' she says to the camera as the train passes through tundra. Made by David Redmon and Ashley Sabin, the documentary followed Ms Arbaugh's journey in search of beauty and the influence she had over the future of incredibly sheltered 13-year-old Nadya Vall. Ms Arbaugh admits that the market demands for ever-younger girls and, for her part, is clearly torn by the role she plays in the murky trade. It was precisely Nadya's immaturity that struck a chord with her: 'They love skinny girls in Japan. She has a fresh, young, face, she looks young, almost like a prepubescent girl.' The lure of the bright lights - and paychecks - is enough to persuade young Nadya to board a plane to Tokyo. It is, she believes, the ticket out of being an ordinary 'brown mouse' for the girl from Novosibirsk. Alone in Japan, Nadya needs to fend for herself with no funds, tackle the language and culture barriers and take on the hard industry - though she is barely a teenager. Her Tokyo contacts are told she is 15. 'I want to become a good model,' she says at the start of her long path away from her home where she lives with her siblings, parents and grandparents. Indeed, she is strung along and is led to believe that she will earn a guaranteed $8,000 to just two months. The reality is far more grim. On the film's site, the makers describe the modelling world as being 'defined by glass surfaces and camera lenses, reflecting back differing versions of reality to the young women caught in their scope.' It soon becomes clear, they write, that modelling 'more and more resembles a hall of mirrors'. According to Jezebel, Ms Arbaugh is misleading in her appraisal of young Nadya's prospects - the unstable modelling industry of Japan, she says, 'is a very safe market. Unlike other markets, the girls never go into debt.' Not only is it, in fact, largely unregulated - and prone to shady characters on the lookout for potential prostitutes - but it is far from the fashion hotspots of Europe and the U.S. The site comments that the scout's willingness to commoditise the girls is 'frankly a little disturbing.' While she and the child spend very little time together, their meeting has a profound effect on both of their lives and goes on to shape Nadya's onward journey to Tokyo - and beyond. The docu-movie, already out on DVD in the UK and elsewhere, has a string of film festival accolades to its name and is already winning praise for casting a challenging eye over the questionable practices that shape, albeit behind a guise of glamour, international modelling. Girl Model is scheduled to go on general release this summer. [/SIZE] Parade: Bodies are scrutinised by visiting scouts with the hope of finding the next big thing for the Western and Asian markets Watching on: Scout Ashley Arbaugh, left, sizes up the girls on show while an agent seems to appreciate his view - as hopeful families watch on the Siberian stadium Summing up: The scout appraises what she sees and looks for fresh, young talent. She suggests that Japan and the West equate beauty with prepubescent looks Aged just 13: Nadya Vall is sent to Japan with a guarantee that she will earn $8,000. It is her first time away from home and she makes the long journey alone More here: www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2112766/Girl-Model-New-film-exposes-ugly-world-scouts-hunting-underage-talent-Siberia.html

FELLIE FICKLER in for a good cause: entertaining the troops. BOB HOPE must know whats all about:
"Kellie Pickler Honeymooned In Iraq For Worthy Cause
It's safe to say: Not too many brides would consider a jaunt to the Middle East an ideal honeymoon. However, American Idol alum Kellie PicklerPickler on her honeymoon tour. Photo courtesy USO and her husband of one year, Kyle Jacobs, ended up there a few days after their wedding--and both wouldn't change a thing.
Pickler and Jacobs made a spur of the moment decision to elope instead of going through with a formal wedding, which left them with little time to arrange their schedules. Their private ceremony on January 1, 2011, was on a Caribbean island, where they spent a couple days on the beach enjoying what most would consider a regular honeymoon...and then the couple hopped a plane to Iraq.
The reason? Pickler had already booked a tour with the USO to entertain U.S. troops overseas, and she wasn't about to go back on her word.
"It was so romantic," she joked in a recent interview with Parade. "No, it was just that I had already committed to going over there and I wasn't going to cancel because that wouldn't have been right."
It turns out that Pickler's husband actually enjoyed sharing his brand-new wife with the troops. "Kyle loved it," Picker admitted. "It was such a great experience for him to be a part of. It's not every day that you get to be a part of something so big and so special."
Pickler is a staunch supporter of the USO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to lifting the spirits of America's troops and their families. She's completed four tours to date and is happy to be of service. "Out of everything that I've ever been able to be a part of, the USO is the one that I'm most proud of and honored to be able to work with. What they're doing for our military is so great," she explains.
Pickler, who released her latest album 100 Proof in January, is currently participating in Ram Trucks' "Road to the Ram Jam," a country music series which offers fans a chance to attend an all-star Nashville concert at the end of the year. Pickler has earmarked proceeds from her participation to benefit the USO."

What a sh*tty stooge!
"Clooney on Capitol Hill: Actor Testifies About War Crimes in Sudan
As Americans face ever-higher gas prices, actor George Clooney argued today before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that what happens in conflict-torn Sudan affects American pocket books.
"South Sudan is shutting off its oil," Clooney said. "Six weeks ago the South shut down their oil production. They just stopped. And overnight China lost 6% of its overall oil imports, which means they have to go elsewhere, and that raises the price of oil."
Clooney called on the United States Senate to help toughen the sanctions on the Khartoum government, a government he says is committing "war crimes" against civilians, with a bill similar to one the House passed, the "Sudan Peace Security and accountability Act."
Clooney asked the senators on the Foreign Relations Committee to increase America's engagement in "real diplomacy," starting with China, to help solve the cross-border issues together, for "good, solid economic reasons" for both countries.
He also called on the Obama administration to send a high-level envoy to China to work together on this issue.
"We can take this moment and engage with China," Clooney said.
"There are economic reasons to do this for both of us and it seems to me that we can use this opportunity, this window of opportunity before it gets too long, too late, by sending a high-level envoy," the actor said.
Clooney was just back from a trip to the violent border region between Sudan and South Sudan where he observed the aftermath of the bombing of villages in the Nuba Mountains, by Sudanese government forces.
Aided by a short video of his trip last week, Clooney told of villagers forced to dwell in caves out of "constant drip of fear" from the aerial attacks.
"We found children filled with shrapnel, including a 9-year-old boy who had both of his hands blown off," Clooney said. "It is a campaign of murder and fear and displacement and starvation."
Clooney was speaking on behalf of the Satellite Sentinel Project, and he was accompanied by John Prendergast, the organization's founder, who also spoke to the committee.
The Satellite Sentinel Project uses satellite images to monitor southern Sudan, in what it calls a kind of "anti-genocide paparazzi." Prendergast says the satellite images are used to "create evidence for future arrest warrants and prosecutions based on the crimes that are being committed now. "
Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-NH., wanted to know if, given the popularity of the video, Clooney is contemplating a "stop Kony-like" video for Sudan.
Clooney, as he said in an interview on "Good Morning America" this morning said he was surprised by the response to the Kony video and noted the powerful role that social media can have in raising attention world-wide to all atrocities.
"Social media can really be a very big deal now, YouTube and twitter and all those elements can be a way to keep young people involved," Clooney said. He added that the Satellite Sentinel Project plans to make its videos and other materials about the atrocities in Sudan available to the public.
But Clooney noted the problem of "donor fatigue" as well as "misery fatigue," and said that big pushes around singular events are extremely important to keep momentum going.
Clooney will meet with President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton later this week."

"Model Alliance Survey Reveals Many Girls Exposed To Sexual Harassment, Cocaine
Since most models enter the business as leggy teenagers, the industry has often been cast as a place where girls get plunged into a wayward youth and forced to grow up much too fast.
A new industry survey aims to find just how many models have tangled with drug exposure, eating disorders and sexual harassment in the business, and the findings may surprise you.
The study was conducted by the Model Alliance, a group founded by 29-year-old Sara Ziff which seeks to empower girls and women in the modeling industry to speak up against sexual harassment, follow healthy eating requirements and promote fairness and safe working conditions within the business. Ziff's foundation sprang up with apt timing, as controversies like Marc Jacobs' hiring of underage models started to shake the industry and as the CFDA had enough concern to revise its healthy eating standards.
Now, Model Alliance has released the results of their new industry survey, which Fashionista published.
Ziff, fashion writer Jenna Sauers and others sent an anonymous online survey to 241 working models, and only 85 responded; Model Alliance admits the sample size is pretty small. But nonetheless, the findings reveal some startling facts about what many girls are subjected to in the business, including:
*More than half of models start working when they're between the ages of 13 and 16. *Most of their parents "never" or "rarely" go with them to attend calls and shoots. *Almost 80% say they've been exposed to drugs on the job, with 50% saying they've been exposed to cocaine. *28% of models say they've felt pressured to have sex with someone at work. *29% say they've experienced unwanted sexual harassment."
