Jason Sudeikis swung by “The Ellen DeGeneres Show†Tuesday and revealed his monster crush on the talk show host when he was younger — even admitting that he had had his uncle in Los Angeles arrange a field trip to an “Ellen†taping so that a young Sudeikis could get a book signed by DeGeneres. He also casually revealed that this uncle was none other than actor George Wendt, most known for playing beer-guzzling “Norm†on the hit ’80s/’90s sitcom “Cheers.â€
Though this isn’t the first time the “Saturday Night Live†star has talked about his famous uncle, we were still surprised to learn about the connection. “He’s always been very encouraging, but there was no ‘Tuesdays With Morrie’ kind of relationship between him and I,†Sudeikis told Playboy magazine in July 2011. “He was just a good example that being an actor was a viable option. Here’s a guy from the Midwest, in my family, who took the road less traveled and it worked out for him. The advice he gave me, and I say this jokingly, is ‘Get on one of the best sitcoms of all time and then ride it out.’â€

The one ancestor with the crazy facial hair...the first thing that struck me was how much he resembled the "Windsors"...look. But you know that she was really from royalty in order to be proper breeding stock for the bearer of the heir to the throne...She's not "common" and the crap about that is smells to the heavens.

As Baroness Thatcher returns to home life after recovering in hospital from the virus which laid her so low, an unexpected well-wisher may come calling soon — in the form of writer and historian John Julius Norwich, aka Viscount Norwich.
And, somewhat unusually, 81-year-old Norwich may arrive bearing scissors, with which he hopes to take a lock of the former prime minister’s hair.
As Baroness Thatcher returns to home life after recovering in hospital from the virus which laid her so low, an unexpected well-wisher may come calling soon — in the form of writer and historian John Julius Norwich, aka Viscount Norwich.
And, somewhat unusually, 81-year-old Norwich may arrive bearing scissors, with which he hopes to take a lock of the former prime minister’s hair.
For Lord Norwich wants, once and for all, to learn the truth about whether or not he is a relation of the Iron Lady, and he needs the sample of hair to prove whether Lady Thatcher’s DNA is similar to his own.
Norwich’s quest comes after the revelation four years ago that he is the biological father of the woman brought up to believe she was the daughter of film director John Huston.
For years, the pretence was maintained that Norwich was Allegra Huston’s godfather. Privately, he has also known for some years that he could be a cousin of Lady Thatcher.
He says he was told by his mother, society beauty Lady Diana Cooper, before she died that although she had been brought up as the daughter of the 8th Duke of Rutland, she was actually fathered by MP Harry Cust, whose Lincolnshire estate bordered that of Rutland’s.
Cust is reputed to have slept with one of his domestic servants, who later became Margaret Thatcher’s maternal grandmother when she gave birth to a daughter, Beatrice Stephenson.
Beatrice married Alfred Roberts from Northamptonshire and the couple settled in Grantham, where Alfred opened a shop. Their daughter, Margaret, was born in 1925.
Lady Thatcher was seven years into her premiership when Lady Diana died in 1986, after dropping the hereditary bombshell on her son. Says Norwich: ‘I did once mention it to Carol Thatcher [Lady Thatcher’s daughter] when we sat next to each other at a literary lunch some years ago.
‘She said she was aware of the story. I suggested Carol could take a DNA test. She was moderately amused, but I haven’t seen her since. Now time is passing, I do think it would be a good idea to resolve the matter.’

"Revealed: Samantha Cameron is descended from aristocratic slave owner
One of Samantha Cameron's ancestors was a slave owner who received millions from the British government following abolition, researchers have discovered.
The Prime Minister's wife is descended from 19th Century businessman William Jolliffe, from West Sussex, whose company was responsible for building Waterloo Bridge, Dartmoor Prison and the new London Bridge.
He subsequently gave up his commercial interests to become a vicar, but before he embraced the church Jolliffe was among those who received a huge payout after the 1833 Act of Parliament.
The Ballenbouche Estate in St Lucia, which was linked to the prominent businessman, received £4,000 in compensation for 164 slaves, or around £3.25million in today's money.
African slaves were brought to St Lucia in the 1700s and the Ballenbouche Estate, a sugar plantation, was probably established in the 1740s.
Jolliffe's son was the 1st Baronet Hylton, a former home secretary under the Earl of Derby, who married the daughter of the 4th Baronet Sheffield.
Mrs Cameron’s father, Sir Reginald Sheffield, is the 8th baronet and has an estimated fortune of £25m.
Her intriguing ancestry was revealed by researchers looking into the records of the Slave Compensation Commission, which was set up to manage the £20m fund.
Their findings appear in a database, the Legacies of British Slave-ownership, which has been compiled by University College London.
Dr Nick Draper, from UCL, was one of several academics who spent three years working on the project.
He said that up to 10% of Britons who died in the 18th century had benefited from slavery and that up to 15% of the British elite were involved.
'The amount of money available to the compensation fund reflects how much influence the elite had on the government.
'But they were not so powerful they could not stop the Abolition of Slavery Bill going through.'
Mrs Cameron descends from a long line of aristocrats on both sides of her family.
Her father, who is a direct descendent of Charles II, can trace his bloodline back to the Knights Templar and the Fifth Crusade, and owns 3,000 acres of prime Lincolnshire farmland.
Much of the furniture at his country home once graced Buckingham Palace - which was the family's London pad, before they passed it on to the Queen.
His family's crest is a boar's head framed by two arrows.
He lives in Thealby Hall, north Lincolnshire, and manages the 3,000 acre Normanby estate, near Sc*nthorpe, which has been in the family since the 16th century.
He also owns Sutton Park, near York.
Mrs Cameron's mother, Annabel Jones, is descended from the 10th Baron Clifford of Chudleigh.
After divorcing Sir Reginald, she married the aristocratic Viscount Astor.
Meanwhile husband David is descended from King William IV and according to Debrett's is the fifth cousin, twice removed, of the Queen.
The Camerons' combined wealth is estimated in excess of £30m."

Some of them I didn't even know who the "celeb" was...and most of them don't even look like siblings, much less twins. The only striking pair was Linda Hamilton and her sister. The London twins are close as well as Jose Canseco...
