When an organic robotoid is made to simulate, for example, our late President Jimmy Carter, two major factors are involved. One is the genetic coding required to simulate Carter’s appearance, voice, fingerprints, and so on. The other is a holographic image of Carter’s brain. This image is a complete record of the neuron patterns which existed in Carter’s brain at the moment the hologram was made. Therefore it contains all of the memory and knowledge Carter had up to that moment.
When a Carter robotoid is made, the biological computer in its head is caused to form according to the holographic record of Carter’s brain. However, certain portions of the robotoid computer are caused to deviate from the holographic record. The end result is a biological computer which has to be programmed but which contains essentially all of Carter’s memory, involuntary mannerisms, and the like. As a result, a Carter robotoid will automatically do certain kinds of things without the need for specific programming. For example, a Carter robotoid will seem to recognize old friends. That’s because the computer memory of the robotoid reproduces Carter’s memory of that friend. The holographic process puts it there automatically without the Russian programmers even having to know it’s there.

During April of 1979, for the period of a week and a half, President Carter and Vice President Mondale were out of public view. Now, if you will remember, Carter was looking very sick and apparently he was. He was dying of leukemia and cancer, as a result of material injected into his food by the CIA.
He went to Georgia with his family for a ten-day scheduled vacation. Walter Mondale supposedly went to Iceland, Scandinavia and the Netherlands. In other words, they had a double for him. The real Walter Mondale was executed by Operation Deep Freeze on the evening of April 20, 1979 in New Richmond, Wisconsin. On April 21, 1979, President Carter and his family were executed. I know this sounds hard and unbelievable.
[Editor note: Actually, Dr. Peter Beter, a man with a list of impressive credentials a mile long, maintained this fact adamantly, before he was killed. I have seen the material, and the documentation was impressive].
They've all been replaced by clones. Jimmy Carter has had at least 18 clones since he was killed in 1979. The person we see, and the person who recently went to Korea in 1996, is not a real human being. He is what they call a synthetic. I am sure you're all asking, "how could this be?" There's no way I would have talked about this unless I could give you some, you know, "nuts and bolts".

On July 5, 1979 Carter was supposed to give an energy speech. It was canceled and the home-cloned family of the Carters were sent to Camp David. The original Carter clone was "burning out'. Camp David appears to be the place where many people in government are replaced with clones, so if you get a personal invitation to go to Camp David, I would decline if I were you.
[O]n July 11, 1979 the Wall Street Journal reported that President Carter had a "nervous breakdown". Clone's do not have nervous breakdowns, per se, but they may become unstable in certain ways.
On July 15, a Sunday, Carter gave his energy speech, and two days later on July 17th, the entire presidential cabinet and senior White House staff members resigned, all at once. This is coming from Morenae, who is asking us to remember this. In other countries, it would have meant that the government has fallen, but not in the United States.
The Carter clones had some trouble in the beginning because of real instabilities in the brain of the human being we knew as Carter.

Can we have some photo/video comparisons on Jimmy Carter?
During his presidency, Robert Anton Wilson wrote an amusing piece on Carter being imposter-replaced.
A possibility worth looking into. Carter certainly seemed to have aged rapidly in those four years.

This is one of the concepts underlying the new television series "Dollhouse," which I highly recommend. It is very relevant to the topics discussed on this board. The first season DVD should be out this summer.

CELINE'S LAWS

As every thinking person has noticed, our national life has become increasingly weird and surrealistic. The waiting lines at banks and post offices are growing longer all the time, even though demographers tell us US population is no longer rising. The street signs more often than not say WALK on the red and DON'T WALK on the green. You can't get a plumber on the weekends. Nobody has been able to explain the cattle mutilations yet. Every survey shows that the price of consumer goods, the number of violent crimes, and the eerie popularity of THE GONG SHOW are ominously accelerating.
I believe I have found the explanation these distressing trends. Needless to say, I cannot present, in a short article, all the evidence which I have accumulated in three decades of careful metasociological research; that will have to await the publication of my three-volume study, "Why Everybody Is Going Bonkers." Here I can only mention the thousands of depth interviews, the innumerable flowcharts and helix-matrix equations, the vast files of computer readouts, the I CHING divinations, and other rigorous scientific techniques used in developing what I modestly call Celine's Laws of Chaos, Discord and Confusion.
Celine's First Law is that National Security is the chief cause of national insecurity!
That may sound like a paradox, but I will explain it at once.
Every secret police agency must be monitored by an elite corps of secret-police-of-the-second-order. There are numerous reasons for this, but three are especially noteworthy. NATIONAL SECURITY
IS THE CHIEF CAUSE
OF NATIONAL INSECURITY!!!
1). Infiltration of the secret police, for the purpose of subversion, will always be a prime goal of internal revolutionaries. This is an ordinary part of the spy-counterspy game. There is nothing Weather Underground would like better than having a few agents in the FBI or CIA, for the same reasons that the FBI or CIA would like to have a few agents in Weather Underground. 2). Such infiltration will also be a prime goal of hostile foreign powers, for the same reasons.
Please note that these are simple facts of the secret-police game, well-known even to the general public, the subject of many ingenious plots in popular spy films, and not particularly alarming...yet. Nonetheless, the seeds of Chaos, Discord, Confusion, and Paranoia are already here, for the simple reason that once a human being develops the habits of worry and suspicion, he or she finds increasing justifications for more worry and more suspicion. For instance, Richard Q. (not his real initial), one of my interview subjects, became concerned, after ten years in the CIA, with the possibility of infiltration by "extraterrestrial" agents. He was eventually retired when he began to claim that demons in the form of dogs wanted him to assassinate Laverne and Shirley. 3). Secret-police officials acquire fantastic capacities to blackmail and intimidate others in government.
Stalin executed three chiefs of his secret police in a row, because of this danger. One of my informants claims that every president since the National Security Act was passed in 1947 has learned how to have sexual intercourse without making a single audible sound, because of the possible electronic eavesdroppers. As Nixon says so wistfully on the Watergate transcripts, "Well, Hoover performed. He would have fought. That was the point. He would have defied a few people. He would have scared them to death. HE HAS A FILE ON EVERYBODY!" . Thus, those who employ secret-police organizations MUST monitor them th be sure they are not acquiring too much power.
In the United States today, the super elite that monitors the CIA is the National Security Agency. ( And a group called "The Store" monitors the NSA).
Here is where a sinister infinite regress enters the game. Any such elite, second or third order secret-police agency must be, according to the above pragmatic and necessary rules, subject to infiltration by native subversives or hostile foreign powers, or to acquiring "too much power" in the opinion of its masters. (It may even be subject, if Richard Q. was correct in his anxieties, to extraterrestrial manipulation). And so, it, too, must be monitored by a secret police of the third order.
But this third-order secret-police (such as Nixon's notorious "plumbers", or more currently, "The Store"). is also subject to infiltration or to acquiring too much power...and thus, with relentless logic, the infinite regress builds. Once a government has n orders of secret police spying on each other, all are potentially suspect, and to be safe a secret police of order n+1 must be created. And so on, forever. THOSE WHO EMPLOY SECRET
POLICE MUST MONITOR THEM TO
BE SURE THEY ARE NOT ACQUIRING
TOO MUCH POWER.
In practice, of course, this cannot really regress to infinity, but only to the point where every other citizen, or until the funding runs out, whichever comes first.
National Security in practice, then, must always fall short of the logically ideal infinite regress which we have shown is necessary to the achievement of its goal. In that gap between the ideal of "One nation under surveillance, with wiretaps and mail covers for all" and the strictly limited real situation of finite funding, there is ample encouragement for paranoias of all sorts to flourish. In short, every government that employs secret-police agencies must grow more insecure, not more secure, as the strength, versatility, and power of the secret-police agencies grow.
For instance, a certain left-wing nation which has employed secret-police agencies for 61 years has now reached the point where the leaders are terrified of painters and poets. In another, right-wing nation infested with secret-police agencies, several purges have been caused by three practical jokers who regularly call middle-rank officials on the phone and talk in what appears to be a code. The secret police, of course, are no fools, and are aware that this might be what it in fact is, a form of anarchist humor; but they can't be sure.
What usually happens in such cases is this: an official receives one of these mystery calls, saying perhaps "Pawn to queen rook five. No wife, no horse, no mustache. A boy has never wept nor dashed a thousand kim." He knows immediately that surveillance upon him will be increased tenfold. In the next few days, while memories of all his mistakes, small bribes, incautious remarks, and other incriminating events haunt his imagination, he observes the increased surveillance, and begins to suspect even the most loyal of his subordinates of watching him with eyes that miss nothing and to give a sinister interpretation to everything. Within ten days, he usually attempts to contact a foreign government to seek political sanctuary, and the secret-police net closes on him.
By the same process of worry leading to more worry and suspicion leading to more suspicion, the very act of joining a secret-police organization will eventually turn a man or woman into a clinical paranoid; in layman's terms, "bananas" or "wigged out." THE AGENT KNOWS WHOM HE IS SPYING ON; BUT HE NEVER KNOWS WHO IS SPYING ON HIM! Could it be his wife, his girl friend, his secretary, the newsboy, the Good Humor man?
For these reasons, secret-police agents develop elaborate and complex theories to account for what is actually going on. According to one of my tables of data, there isn't a single theory held by professional conspiracy buffs which isn't also believed by many members of our various secret-police agencies. In fact, the exact percentages of believes in these extravagant scenarios are quite similar among a group of 1,000 CIA agents and a control group of 1,000 readers of the underground press, as shown in table 1. Now, Table 1 clearly gives a picture of a rather schizzed-out nation. This is the result of the impossible infinite regress and its resultant of worry leading to more worry.
Furthermore, if there is a secret police at all, in any nation you care to imagine, every branch and department of that country's government becomes suspect, in the eyes of cautious and intelligent people, as a possible front or funnel to the secret police. (That is, the more shrewd citizens will recognize that something titled a branch of the HEW or even PTA might actually be run by the CIA). Inevitably, the government as a whole, and many nongovernmental agencies, will be regarded by reasonable persons with fear and trepidation. Proverbs like "One can't be too careful these days" and "Better safe than sorry" become a kind of sinister folk wisdom.
But further yet: any government which already has a secret police (and a secret police monitoring the secret police, etc). will become alarmed on observing that its more hip and intelligent citizens now regard it with loathing and misgivings. The government will therefore increase the size and powers of the secret police. This is the only rational move, within the context of the secret-police game. SOMETHING PASSING AS A
BRANCH OF HEW MIGHT BE A
FRONT FOR THE CIA!
(The only alternative was once suggested sarcastically by playwright Bert Brecht, who said, "If the government doesn't trust the people, why doesn't it dissolve them and elect new people?" No way has yet been invented to elect a new people; so the police state will instead spy on the existing people even more vigorously).
This, of course, creates additional paranoia in both the governors and the citizens, because a sufficiently pugnacious secret police will eventually "have a file on everybody," including its own creators. This leads to another infinite regress: the more people will loathe the government, the more power will be given to the secret police.
Thus, whether any of the hypothetical conspiracies mentioned earlier really exist or not, a system of clandestine government inevitably produces, in both the rulers and the ruled, a mood of paranoia in which such conspiracy theories flourish.
This escalating sense of suspiciousness is accelerated by the fact that every secret-police organization engages in both the collection of information and the production misinformation. That is, you score points in the secret-police game both by hoarding signals (information units)---that is, by hiding facts from competitive players---and by foisting false signals (fake information units) on the other players. This creates the situation which I call Optimum f**kup, in which every participant has rational (not neurotic) cause to suspect that every other player may be attempting to deceive him, gull him, con him, dupe him, and generally misinform him. As Henry Kissinger is rumored to have said, "Anybody in Washington these days who isn't paranoid is crazy!"
One could generalize the remark: anyone in the United States today who isn't paranoid must be crazy!!! "IF THE GOVERNMENT DOESN'T
TRUST THE PEOPLE, WHY DOESN'T
IT DISSOLVE THEM AND ELECT A
NEW PEOPLE?"
The deliberate production of misinformation (or, as intelligence agencies more euphemistically call it, disinformation) creates a situation profoundly disorienting to the philosopher, the scientist, and the ordinary Joe who wants to know the best time to go to the bank. The desire to discover "what-the-hell-is-really-going-on" (the definition of science offered by physicist Saul-Paul Sirag) is totally incompatible with the circulation of disinformation; we all need to know, at least roughly, what the hell is really going on if we are not to stumble around like blind robots colliding with things we weren't told were there.
Maybe the UFO's really exist---or maybe the whole UFO phenomenon is a cover for an intelligence operation. Maybe there are black holes where space and time implode---or maybe the entire black-hole cosmology was created to befuddle and mislead Russian scientists. Maybe Jimmy Carter really exists---or maybe he is, as the National Lampoon claims, an actor named Sidney Goldfarb specially trained to project the down-home virtues that the American people nostalgically seek. Perhaps only three men at the top of the National Security Agency REALLY know the answers to these questions---or perhaps those three are being deceived by certain subordinates (as Lyndon Johnson was deceived by the CIA about Vietnam) and are as disoriented as the rest of us. Such is the logic of a Disinformation Matrix.
Personally, I find it easier to believe in UFO's than in black holes or Jimmy Carter; but that may just indicate the damage to my own brain caused by the Optimum f**kup of the Disinformation Matrix.
According to a recent survey 19 per cent of the population believe the moon landings were faked by Stanley Kubrick and a gang of special effects experts. Perhaps these arch skeptics are the sanest ones left among us. Who among the readers of this file has a security clearance high enough to be ABSOLUTELY sure that these ultraparanoids are wrong?
This general tendency toward chaos discord, and confusion, once a secret police has been established, is complicated and accelerated by Celine's Second Law, to wit: "Accurate communication is only possible in a nonpunishing situation."
This is a very simple statement of the obvious, and means no more than that everybody tends to lie a little, to flatter or to protect themselves, when dealing with those who have power over them, especially the power to punish. (this is why communication between parents and children is notoriously befoolzled).
Every authoritarian structure can be visualized as a pyramid, with very few at the top and very many at the bottom, as in the flowchart of any corporation or bureaucracy. On each rung, participants bear a burden of nescience in relation to those above them. That is, they must be very, very careful that their natural sensory activities as conscious organisms---the acts of seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling, drawing inferences from perception, etc.---be in accord with the wishes of those above them. This is absolutely vital; job security depends on it. It is much less important---a luxury that can easily be discarded---that these perceptions be in accord with actual reality. COMMUNICATION IS POSSIBLE
ONLY BETWEEN EQUALS.
For instance, in the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover, the agent had to develop the capacity to see godless communists everywhere. Any agent whose perceptions indicated that there were actually very few godless communists anywhere in this country would experience what psychologists call cognitive dissonance: his or her reality grid was at variance with the official reality grid of the pyramidal authority structure. To talk about such divergent perceptions at all would be to invite suspicions of eccentricity, of intellectual wiseacreing, or of being oneself a godless communist. The same would apply to any Dominican Inquisitor of earlier centuries who lacked the capacity to see witches everywhere. In such authoritarian situations, it is important to see what the authorities see; it is inconvenient, and possibly dangerous, to see what is actually there.
But this leads to an equal and opposite burden of omniscience on those at the top, in the Eye of the authoritarian pyramid. All that is forbidden to those at the bottom---the conscious activities of perception and evaluation---is demanded of the master classes, the elite and the super-elite. They must attempt to do the seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling, thinking, and decision making for the whole society.
But a man with a gun (the power to punish) is told only what his target thinks will not cause him to pull the trigger. The elite, with their burden of omniscience, face the underlings, with their burden of nescience, and receive only the feedback consistent with their own preconceived notions. The burden of omniscience becomes, in short, another and more complex burden of nescience. Nobody really knows anything anymore, or if they do, they are careful to hide the fact.
As the national security paradigm approaches (or attempts to approach) the ideal infinite regress of spies-spying-on-spies- spying-on-spies, etc., the resultant general trepidation causes all persons to hide anything they know (if it differs from the official reality), not only from their superiors, but from peers and inferiors as well. Anybody, after all, might be part of the nth-degree secret police. "One can't be too careful these days." The burden of nescience becomes omnipresent. More and more of reality becomes unspeakable.
But as Freud noted, that which is objectively repressed (unspeakable) soon becomes subjectively repressed (unthinkable). Nobody likes to feel like a coward and a liar constantly. It is easier to cease to notice where the official reality grid differs from sensed experience. Thus Optimum f**kup gradually becomes Terminal f**kup, and rigiditus bureaucraticus sets in; this is the last stage before all brain activity ceases, and the society is intellectually dead.
Celine's Third Law is like unto the first two, and holds that AN HONEST politician is a national calamity.
At first glance, this seems preposterous. People of all shades of opinion agree that at least on the axiom that we need more honest politicians, not more crooked ones. Please remember, however, that people of all shades of opinion once agreed that the Earth is flat.
Your typical dishonest politician (bocca grande normalis) is interested only in enriching himself at the public expense, a goal he shares with most of his fellow citizens, especially doctors and lawyers. This is normal behavior for our primate species, and society has always been able to endure and survive it. NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING, OR IF
THEY DO, THEY ARE CAREFUL TO
HIDE THE FACT!
An honest politician (bocca grande giganticus) is far more dangerous. He or she is sincerely committed to bettering society by political action. In practice, that means by writing and enacting more laws. Indeed, many groups of idealistic citizens publish rating sheets on politicians every year, and those who have created more laws are estimated as having higher value than those who are frequently absent when bills are voted upon. The assumption is that adding more laws to statute books is a positive achievement, like adding more money to our paychecks or more art works to a museum.
A little thought, however, shows that this assumption is not tenable. Every law creates a whole new criminal class; for instance, when marijuana was illegalized in 1937, several hundred thousand formerly law-abiding citizens became criminals overnight, by Act of Congress. As more and more laws are passed, more and more citizens become criminals. The chief cause of the rising crime rate is the rising number of laws being enacted. An honest politician, who keeps his nose to the grindstone and enacts several hundred laws in the course of his career, thereby produces as many as several million new criminals.
It is furthermore mathematically demonstrable that the more laws there are, the more restrictions there are on the freedom of the individual. If there were, say, only three laws in a given society---e.g., Thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal; thou shalt not lie or defraud---there would be only three restrictions on freedom, which all rational persons would accept as obviously necessary to the maintenance of order. When there are several hundred thousand restrictions on freedom, most of them are felt as extremely irksome by large segments of the populace.
In fact, it would take a brigade of lawyers several weeks, minutely examining your affairs, to determine if you are a criminal. Certainly, no ordinary citizen has the time or research facilities to discover if he or she is in violation of one out of skillions of laws currently on our statute books. In many cases, two lawyers consulted independently will give opposite opinions about whether or not a given course of action is in violation of the statutes.
And new laws are being enacted all the time. Obviously, unless there is a sudden paper shortage, the number of laws on the books will eventually reach the point satirized by T.H.White, in which "everything not prohibited is compulsory." It would then probably only take a few years or decades more for a cadre of honest politicians diligently writing even more laws to reach the complementary point where "everything not compulsory is prohibited." A basic thing that is needed to create a computer is material that will consistently change given some type of "signal." For super-computers to work at great speeds, they need to use biological material that will not heat up. Scientists are now able to manipulate DNA to create computers.
Biological computer brains for the robotoids came as a result of research into holograms. If you tear up a conventional photograph you ruin it, but if you tear up the film that produces a hologram, each piece still contains almost all the same image. This is why part of the brain of people can be removed and the brain regain what it had lost. The key is to capture the person to be copied and make a holographic copy of the brain memory and transfer that to the robotoid. A holographic image of a person’s brain is made, and then when the brain of a robotoid is made, the biological computer in its head is created according to the holographic record of a person being copied. Some deviations from the holographic record are needed, because the "person" is a robotoid and not a human. The brain of the robotoid has almost all of the correct memory of the person being reproduced, but the robotoid brain is really a computer made from programmed biological material.
The memories are created by using living "brain tissue" which is some type of programmable living biological matter, and programming this material as a sophisticated computer. In order to get the memory of the person being copied, a holographic image of the person’s brain is made and transferred to the robotoid. Because the robotoid "brain" does not function like a human (although the end result is nearly identical so that viewers have to know what differences to look for), there are of course some adjustments that have to be made after the holographic image of the host is transferred to the living biological matter that will function as the brain of the robotoid.

Organic robotoids don’t grow or reproduce but must be manufactured one by one in the desired form. They also have a very limited life span, measured in months or even weeks, depending upon how they are utilized. This is due to the fact that their metabolism is very inefficient. A robotoid can be manufactured on a very short notice, a matter of hours; but after a few weeks or months it suddenly begins to degenerate physically and mentally. When that takes place, the robotoid has to be removed from service and disposed of. To extend its useful life as much as possible, a robotoid is customarily cooled down to slow its metabolism between assignments. Robotoids can be programmed for self-preservation, but they are equally willing to perform suicide missions, exploratory one-way trips into space. “FRV” means “frequency resonance vibration” which has to do with the emotional composition, emotional learning path, and auric profile of a person. It is their quantum vibratory signature that determines where their most natural pathway progresses through the web of probable timelines. An FRV robot is most likely a synthetic being whose frequency resonance vibration is artificially generated, or perhaps inserted via a rudimentary soul imprint that puts them on the energetic level of plants. If done for strategic purposes, the inclusion of low FRV characteristics in such entities might serve to dampen the vibration of their target, thus the demand for energy and time commitment to allow maximum osmosis of the lower frequency from decoy to target, which in turn makes the target more vulnerable to scanning and interference by the alien forces whose vibrational signature may otherwise be too far removed from the target to interfere as much as they wish.
Organic robotoids do not have self-awareness, except when this self-awareness is programmed into them. This kind of awareness - similar to that of a plant, except when programmed to be self-aware. The programming of behavior being that which is implanted into these creatures, according to the memory pattern from the predecessor. OR’s carry certain subconscious programming similar to that of an entity who is in a kind of coma or zombie-like state. The entities’ basic functions and basic responses carry through in the DNA cell memory, but the general programming of behavior and personality will occur from the implanting of the memory of the predecessor.

about 10:30 PM Jimmy Carter, President of the United States, was
shot between the eyes, but incredibly he retained some signs of
life. He was rushed from Plains to Andrews Air Force Base
outside of Washington, arriving shortly after midnight. By 2:00
AM Sunday April 22, he was in surgery at Bethesda Naval Hospital;
but it was hopeless, just as it was in 1963 when President
Kennedy was shot in the head. With Rosalyn Carter in shock, the
body of the late President of the United States was disposed of
quickly. That evening the real Rosalyn Carter was at the White
House under heavy sedation, but shortly after midnight she, too,
was executed with a bullet between the eyes.
During the past several days Jimmy Carter No. 2 (that is,
Carter's "double") has been seen repeatedly in public--and what a
change! Jimmy Carter No. 2 looks and acts 10 years younger than
the real Carter did. Listen now to the tired, halting voice of

My friends, the flat, awkward speaking style of the old Carter is
gone. In its place is a new style of delivery which imitates the
old Carter but has better phrasing and more lively inflection of
the voice. The eyes which were becoming glazed with pain and
sedative are now gone, and in their place are eyes that are
piercing and alert. Gone is the old Carter under siege. In his
place is a man who is talking about storming the country by
entering every Democratic Presidential Primary in the nation, but
he is making do with only a weak imitation of that most famous of
all Carter campaign assets--the face-splitting Carter grin. The
change in appearance and behavior are so striking that something
had to be done to focus peoples' attention in a way that would
explain it all away--in other words, distraction. And so the new
Jimmy Carter, the "double", is receiving great publicity over the
fact that he parts his hair on the left; the old Carter, of
course, parted it on the right. So now anyone who looks at him
and thinks, "Carter sure looks different these days", will also

Topic #2--Two months ago I revealed that a revolutionary new
Intelligence weapon was being introduced by Russia. I refer to
their "Organic Robotoids." These are man-made robot-like living
creatures, perhaps best described as computerized animals.
They're designed to simulate human beings almost perfectly in
appearance and behavior, and yet they are not human. Robotoids
are so far removed from the knowledge and experience of most
people that they are very difficult for many people to believe,
but now more and more major surprises are filling the news--that
is, they are surprises if you do not know about Russia's
robotoids...
For several months the Bolshevik coup
d'etat was moving fast, important people were being purged and
replaced by "doubles" beginning with David and Laurance
Rockefeller and their intimates; and the week-end after Easter
1979 the Bolshevik purge claimed the lives of President Carter,
Vice-President Mondale, and their families. But as I reported in
AUDIO LETTER No. 45, the Russians then began to intervene. A
secret war of "doubles" broke out, and by late April the White
House was already under Russia's control. In AUDIO LETTER No. 46
I was able to let my listeners in on the key to Russia's success.
They are using "robotoids" to replace and simulate powerful
people. The United States is secretly becoming a Russian
satellite state, and the American turn-around on SALT II came
fast. On May 9, 1979, the robotoid replacements for Defense
Secretary Brown and Secretary of State Vance made the initial
announcement: an agreement in principle had been achieved on SALT
II, and with lightning speed the treaty itself was signed in
Vienna barely five weeks later. My friends, Russia signed with
herself through Carter robotoid No. 3 and Brezhnev No. 2, the
human "double" for the late real Brezhnev.
At first the new SALT II treaty brought howls from Capitol
Hill. We heard over and over that it was in serious trouble, but
last month I reported the true situation. SALT II's most bitter
opponents in the Senate are people who are playing ball with the
Bolsheviks here in America. Russia is replacing them with
robotoids, and the earlier hard line against SALT II is slowly
evaporating. The shift is subtle so far, but it is clearly
visible. For example, the late Senator Barry Goldwater worried
constantly in public about verification, but on July 23 robotoid
Goldwater said, quote: "I would not be too exercised over it
now." An even more bitter SALT II opponent was the late Senator
Henry Jackson. Jackson always played up the Russian threat, but
on July 23 he accused robotoid Defense Secretary Harold Brown of
exaggerating that threat. He called it "scare tactics to sell
SALT II." Even our outgoing Ambassador to the Soviet Union
Malcolm Toon is no more. Toon was publicly very suspicious of
SALT II, but now a Toon robotoid has abruptly started campaigning
in favor of SALT II--and he won't explain the change.
Robotoids, my friends, are a very powerful weapon; but as I
pointed out in AUDIO LETTER No. 46, they are also very
troublesome. They do not live long, especially under conditions
of constant exposure and stress. They must also be programmed,
and yet they are also somewhat unpredictable. Last month I
described the process by which the holographic brain of a
robotoid reproduces the memory of a person being duplicated.
Other parts of the brain are altered so that the robotoid ends up
as a robot-like being that obeys instructions. But the memory
includes involuntary responses which sometimes produce unwanted
behavior. This is turning out to be a severe problem in the case
of the Jimmy Carter robotoids, because the real Carter had mental
instabilities which are reproduced partially in the robotoids.
The first signs of erratic behavior by the Carter robotoids came
in public comments about Senator Kennedy. The real Jimmy Carter
had a strong personal dislike for Kennedy and on several
occasions Carter robotoids have simply blurted out these
reactions in very raw form. To a degree, this type of thing is a
danger with all robotoids--they do not possess truly human
judgment. They appear to have it under certain conditions, but
this is the result of programming for those situations. The
problems of instability and short life cause robotoids to be best
suited for interim purposes. For long-term purposes, human
agents are still the best. For that reason, don't be surprised
to see more and more new faces in high positions. Some of the
new faces will themselves be robotoids, but some will be human
beings.
The Carter crisis of recent days demonstrates two things at
once: one is the extent of secret Russian control that now exists
in Washington; the other is the difficulty the Russians
themselves are having with their robotoids. On July 1, Carter
robotoid No. 4 returned to Washington from South Korea following
the "Economic Summit" in Tokyo. The scheduled Carter holiday in
Hawaii was canceled, and the next day a Carter Energy speech was
scheduled for the evening of July 5. Then the Carter robotoid
family disappeared to Camp David. Jimmy Carter robotoid No. 4
was burning out, and was disposed of. Robotoid No. 5 was next in
line and had already been tried out several times; but on the 4th
of July, the day before the scheduled speech, Carter robotoid No.
5 went berserk. It was disposed of, leaving only robotoid No. 6
on deck. Each new robotoid is given exposure on a small scale
first, to test its wings so to speak--for example, our alleged
President goes fishing with a few friends or visits a farm
family. But this had not yet been done with robotoid No. 6 on
July 4, so that left the Russians no choice. The speech was
canceled without explanation. The Jody Powell robotoid refused
to answer reporters' questions. The press was stunned, Capitol
Hill was shocked and dismayed, and Carter's own staff (those who
are still human) were caught by surprise. The following evening,
July 5, the White House "Energy group" held a meeting. Afterward
the Washington Star quoted a key Administration official as
saying that, quote: "There was incredible disarray." Meanwhile
Carter's political advisers supposedly were summoned to Camp
David. By Friday evening July 6, Carter robotoid No. 6 was
programmed and ready for initial controlled exposure. Thus began
the so-called "Domestic summit" at Camp David. Puzzled observers
said they could not figure out what Carter hoped to accomplish
with all this. The people invited to Camp David after all were
people whose views were already known to Carter. Almost without
exception, a number of the participants as they left scratched
their heads in puzzlement. "Carter", they said, "had talked
little. He simply sat taking notes and nodding most of the
time."
My friends, two things were going on at Camp David: one was
the controlled exposure I mentioned earlier for Carter robotoid
No. 6; but in addition, key individuals among the visitors were
robotized--that is, the real person arrived, but a robotoid
departed!! The individuals who were robotized at Camp David had
been identified from Nelson Rockefeller's "Hit List", which I
discussed two months ago. Others were invited and left untouched
as a smoke screen. All those on the List who arrived at Camp
David are now dead--in their place are robotoids carrying on in
their places like programmed zombies. The people themselves are
dead, and the robotoids are not conscious of being alive; and so
the "Secret War of the Walking Dead" goes on.
On July 11, SKYLAB Day according to NASA, the Camp David
"Domestic summit" ended abruptly. Carter robotoid No. 6 had
started behaving erratically, Wall Street was rife with rumors
that Carter had suffered a nervous breakdown, robotoid No. 7 was
brought onto the scene, and the next day robotoid No. 6 was
eliminated. Once again Carter was said to be at work on his
Energy speech. On Friday the 13th of July, journalists who met
with robotoid No. 7 described Carter as, quote: "a thoroughly
chastened leader"; others called him a deeply troubled and
worried man. Nevertheless, the next day Carter robotoid No. 7
was sent forth to try his wings. Like a dead El Cid strapped to
a horse, the 7th robotoid copy of the late President Carter
sallied forth. We were told that the President of the United
States visited private homes near Pittsburgh, Pa. and
Martinsburg, West Virginia. Afterward, the Russian Robotoid
Command in Novosibirsk must have sighed with relief. One of the
hosts told UPI, quote: "I feel better about him now. He's acting
more like a president now." That Saturday evening July 14,
Carter robotoid No. 7 arrived on the White House lawn by
helicopter at roughly 6:30 P.M., but the Russians were taking no
chances. An Associated Press dispatch that evening described
another unexplained strange turn of events, quote: "Members of
the Press corps who normally are allowed on the lawn to see and
photograph the arrival, were barred from doing so on Saturday.
White House Press officials gave no reason for the change except
to say they saw no reason for the coverage." The following
evening, Sunday July 15, Carter robotoid No. 7 successfully
delivered the long-delayed Energy speech; but, as it turned out,
Energy was only part of his subject. In that regard, the Russian
program to nationalize the big oil companies was set in motion.
That is what the so-called "ENERGY SECURITY CORPORATION" is
actually all about; and to cut down all bureaucratic obstacles to
Russia's "Energy plans" here, the "ENERGY MOBILIZATION BOARD" is
to be created.
But the speech had a much broader thrust, dealing with the
crisis of the American spirit. Some commentators have joked
about the speech as, quote: "Carter's Sunday night sermon"; but
as I will point out briefly in Topic #3, we would be wise not to
laugh because, my friends, the words of the Carter robotoid No. 7
came straight from the Kremlin, and the Kremlin is not joking.
Even the speech itself was not without its mystery. The
following day an article in the New York Times pointed out,
quote: "Another extraordinary development was that the White
House had no advance text of the speech, the President's ten days
of deliberations notwithstanding. It was the first time in the
memory of veteran reporters that no prepared text was released."
Even so, the speech gave the impression momentarily that
things were finally back to normal, but that impression was
shattered less than 48 hours later. Shortly after 4:00 P.M. July
17, the Jody Powell robotoid issued another brief surprise
announcement to reporters. Something unprecedented had
happened--the entire Carter Cabinet and all senior members of the
White House staff had offered their resignations. Once again the
Washington establishment was shaken to its foundations. But if
the resignations were a shock here, they were a lightning bolt
overseas, because in other countries the resignation of an entire
Cabinet means just one thing--it means the Government has fallen.
For the next few days news reports world-wide were filled with
worried reactions. On all sides we were hearing words like
Dismay, Bewilderment, Disbelief. Senators and others described
Carter as acting erratically. One said publicly, quote: "We are
worried about him having some kind of breakdown"; another said,
quote: "I think the President is nuts."
Soon a Jimmy Carter robotoid may well flee the White House.
That will leave 1980 as "The Year of the Dark Horse", because as
of now, every major potential presidential candidate has been

In AUDIO LETTERS 46 and 47 I reported that robotoid technology
in the United States is far behind that of Russia, but now the
Bolshevik and Zionist enemies of Russia have achieved their own
surprise. The Rothschild interests, which control both
movements, have for many years been deeply involved in biological
research of all kinds. They have not succeeded in learning the
secrets of the Russian robotoids, but they have achieved success
with something similar. They are called "synthetic automatons"
or simply "synthetics." A Rothschild synthetic is similar to a
Russian robotoid in certain ways. Each is an artificial life
form designed to simulate a human being, but synthetics also
differ from robotoids in important ways. For one thing, they are
generated by radically different techniques. Both utilize
genetic samples from actual humans as their starting point, but
beyond that everything is different.
The Russian process is a close relative of recombinant DNA
techniques involving bacteria. The details of the process are
shrouded in great secrecy, but it enables robotoids to be
generated from scratch very rapidly. The Rothschild process, by
contrast, does not start from scratch. Instead, certain tissues
extracted from cattle are the starting point. The synthetic is
then generated in a process that changes the genetic make-up in
order to simulate a person being copied. It is the outgrowth of
a discovery made 20 years ago in France. The experiment involved
two species of ducks called khaki Campbells and white Pekins.
The landmark duck experiment of 1959 was reported in a book
titled "THE BIOLOGICAL TIME BOMB" by Gordon Rettray Taylor. It
was published in 1968 by the New American Library, New York, N.Y.
Taylor described the experiment in the words, quote: "They had
extracted DNA from the cells of the khaki Campbells and had
injected it into the white Pekins, thinking that just possibly
the offspring of the latter might show some character derived
from khaki Campbells. To their astonishment, the actual ducks
they injected began to change. Their white feathers darkened,
and their necks began to take on the peculiar curve which is a
mark of the khaki Campbell." Beginning with that clue of two
decades ago, the Rothschild synthetic process has been developed
in secret; and now, my friends, synthetics are beginning to
appear on the scene.
Earlier this month on October 9, Carter robotoid No. 18 was
scheduled to hold a news conference. Three days earlier,
Brezhnev No. 2 had made his proposals in East Berlin for military
reductions in Europe. Robotoid No. 18 had been programmed to
react positively to the proposals, but instead our alleged
President said, quote: "I think it's an effort designed to disarm
the willingness or eagerness of our allies adequately to defend
themselves." The Russians were dumfounded. This was a fresh
robotoid, surely the recurring instability problem could not be
showing up this fast! After the news conference, he was bundled
off for examination and testing, and that produced the second
surprise. It was not robotoid No. 18 at all, but a synthetic.
The synthetic was then transported to Novosibirsk for further
study. There robotoid scientists were able to establish an
important and unpleasant fact: the source of the genetic material
used in generating the synthetic had been robotoid No. 18; and
whereas the Russian robotoids vary somewhat from one to another,
the synthetic was virtually identical in appearance to the
missing robotoid No. 18. But an important favorable fact was
also discovered--the synthetics are inferior mentally to the
robotoids. It is not yet clear how fast the Bolsheviks will be
able to deploy their synthetics, but the guerilla war between the
Rothschild synthetics and the Russian robotoids is already
beginning.
The Carter synthetic on October 9 was a shock to the Russians,
and yet they have known for months that the synthetics would soon
appear...
